Buca Really Takes the Cake
We have three delicious cakes to end your Italian feast on a sweet note. Our Double Dark Chocolate Cake consists of moist dark chocolate cake with layers of rich chocolate frosting, all on top of our sinful chocolate sauce. Our Italian Crème Cake is six layers of rich lemon cake and mascarpone cheese filling, served in a pool of raspberry sauce and topped with whipped cream. A super special confection, our Celebration Cake is the perfect choice to commemorate a special occasion. We’ll even decorate it!

Our powerfully flavored Tiramisu features homemade ladyfingers soaked in dark rum and espresso, layered with sweetened mascarpone cheese and topped with cocoa and crumbled hazelnut biscotti. Our rich, creamy, homemade Cheesecake is topped with raspberry sauce and sprinkled with toasted hazelnuts. Our sweet twist on a classic Italian cannoli, our Chocolate Chip Cannoli feature crispy shells stuffed to order with a sweet, cannoli cream filling mixed with chocolate chips and served over a drizzle of our chocolate sauce.

When the temperatures rise, you want a sweet treat that can cool you down. Enjoy a true taste of Italy and try our gourmet Gelato. What’s the difference between gelato and ice cream? Gelato is a softer, slower melting, more flavorful cousin to American ice cream. Ice cream is churned fast and hard to whip in air and increase its volume. Gelato contains less air because it is churned at a much slower speed.
